This event connects the UAE’s most distinguished leaders and experts in the public, private, and third sectors with university students. Through structured, one-on-one sessions, you will have the opportunity to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation as they prepare to shape their own paths.
The event will be hosted across Abu Dhabi at the Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University, and United Arab Emirates University. Each leader will be assigned a private space on campus to meet individually with students for 15–20 minutes, with participants carefully matched in advance based on their interests and aspirations.

تجمع هذه الفعالية نخبة من القادة والخبراء من القطاع الحكومي والخاص والقطاع الثالث مع طلبة الجامعات، من خلال جلسات حوارية فردية تهدف الى نقل التجارب المهنية والحياتية لتمكين وإلهام الطلبة من بناء مسارهم المستقبلي.
ستُعقد في ثلاث جامعات مختلفة في إمارة أبو ظبي على مدى ثلاثة أيام متواصلة وهي: (كليات التقنية العليا، جامعة زايد، جامعة الإمارات العربية المتحدة).
سيُخصص لكل متطوع مساحة خاصة داخل الحرم الجامعي لاستقبال خمسة طلاب بشكل فردي، في جلسات تمتد من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة، يتم اختيارهم مسبقاً وفقاً لاهتماماتهم وتطلعاتهم.
